  • Submit accurate body weights during booking; discrepancies beyond aircraft limits may lead to denied boarding without refund. All flights are subject to the total weight and balance of the helicopter.
  • Guests over 75 kg incur ₹2,000 per kg with assessments capped to the helicopter's 450 kg carrying capacity. Extra charges apply subject to technical team approval.

  • If the journey is not finished within stipulated time and passengers are unable to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather or technical reasons, the company will try to complete it the next day. If still not possible, liability is limited to refund of unutilized sectors only.
  • This is a fixed departure tour with all timings pre-set. Passengers must report as per the scheduled ETD on each day.
  • Passengers are advised to carry comfortable clothing such as Kurtas and tracksuits. Avoid slippers/floaters and carry a pair of sneakers.
  • Phones are allowed within temple premises, but photography is strictly prohibited inside the temples.
  • All passengers traveling by helicopter are permitted VIP darshans from inside the temple. However, administration may impose restrictions during heavy rush, requiring darshans from outside only.
  • Book evening/late flights or trains when returning from Dehradun as delays may occur due to weather or operational reasons.
  • We recommend keeping at least one additional buffer day in Dehradun when planning your trip.
